Nice addition to our popular Asparagus Wild Mushroom Soup – Summery chilled soup with boiled beetroot and boiled potato, fresh cucumbers, reddish, boiled egg, dill and spring onions with kefir (yogurt type dairy drink) and sour cream. Yummy on a hot winter day in Thailand !

We are not big fans of fusion idea, but these two work extremely well for us – check them out – Tom Yum Salmo-on and Potato Pad Krapao.
Tom Yum Salmo-on is a nice combination of Thai Tom Yum soup base and pure western ingredients – salmon, potatoes, cauliflower and zucchini. Spicy!
Potato Pad Krapao – traditional pad krapao which is a meat (chicken, pork or beef) stir fried with Thai basil and chili. We just mixed it with delicious Red PInn fried potatoes.
It took me long time to post some pictures from our last party. What a perfect timing – the party was
on the same day as those red bandits (or rather black ones) started shooting in the center of Bangkok
and most of people couldn’t come to our part of town. But those who did had fun I guess
